| Coating film scuffed and scratched due to not being fully cured. | |

| Do not handle or stack coated articles until the recommended drying time has elapsed as per the instructions on the relevant product data sheet. | |
| Incorrect mixing ratio used Part A (Base) & Part B (Hardener) in two pack coating. | |
| Strictly measure by volume the two individual components. Measuring and mixing instructions as detailed on the relevant product data sheet must be followed. All components must be measured by volume, requiring the use of measuring cups or a measuring stick and a parallel sided mixing container to achieve accurate measurements. | |
| Incorrect catalyst used in two component coating. | |
| Mix MIROBILD AC coatings as per the instructions on the relevant product data sheet. | |
| Cold temperatures or high humidity inhibiting cure and hardness. | |
| Ensure all Mirotone coatings are applied at above 10ºC ambient temperature and with humidity conditions less than 70%. | |
